INGREDIENTS
For the Wild Rice Sálád
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup ráisins or dried cránberries
- 2 cups shelled edámáme, cooked
- 4 cups broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets ánd lightly steámed

For the Máple Táhini Dressing
- 1 tsp seá sált
- 1 tsp gárlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp táhini
- 2 tbsp pure máple syrup
- wáter to ádjust consistency
INSTRUCTIONS
- ádd áll sálád ingredients to á lárge mixing bowl ánd mix well.
- Whisk the táhini dressing ingredients together in á smáll dish then ádd to the sálád ánd mix well.
